The LEGO® 4589b Cone 1 x 1 with Top Groove is a compact truncated cone piece — wider at the base and narrowing to a flat open top with a recessed circular groove. A standard stud connection sits at the base, and a horizontal groove ring runs around the lower section just above it. Part 4589b is available in multiple colour variants selectable above.

4589b Cone – Mould and Structure

The cone tapers from a 1x1 base footprint to a narrower flat top with a hollow open stud receiver — the defining feature of the 4589b variant that distinguishes it from the solid-top 4589 version. The horizontal groove ring near the base adds a secondary detail line. The overall profile is a short, even taper with no overhang.
