At choose-a-brick, we want you to love your new look, which is why we offer a 30-day return window for all items in their original, unworn condition. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, our simple return process ensures a quick resolution.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Log into your account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a return authorization number.

  Pack Your Items

  Place the items in their original packaging with all tags attached, ensuring you include the printed return slip inside the box.

• 3.
  Ship the Package

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided in your confirmation email to the outside of the parcel and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects the returned items, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
